    Send the link

Paste it into your email or chat instead of an attachment.

  3. Step 3

    See when it is opened

An email on every open, and the reading time on your stats page.

Your presentation stays private

  • Add a password or an expiry date.
  • Turn downloads off so it stays view-only.
  • Turn the link off at any time.

FAQ

Questions about sharing a presentation

How do I share a presentation as a link?

Upload the PowerPoint or PDF to FileSeen, confirm your email with a code, and copy the link. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser.

Can I see who opened my presentation?

Yes. Ask for the reader's email before it opens and each visit shows who it was, with the time on each slide. This is on the free plan.

Does the reader need an account?

No. The link opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer.

Which files work?

PowerPoint (PPTX, PPT) and PDF, up to 95 MB. For Google Slides, download it as PPTX or PDF, then upload that file.

Is it free?

Yes. The free plan has every feature on 3 links, with no time limit and no card. Deleting a link does not free a slot. Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year for unlimited links.

Is my presentation private?

Only people with the link can open it, shared links are kept out of search engines, and you can add a password or an expiry date.
