Webhook on open Team
Each time one of your links is opened, FileSeen sends a POST to your address with the link, the file name, the time, the country, where the reader came from and, on links that ask for a confirmed email, that email. Your own previews are not sent.
A webhook on open is part of the Team plan. Team is $29 a month for 3 people, you included.
Get TeamYour signing secret. Copy it now: it is shown only once. Each request carries X-FileSeen-Signature: sha256=..., the HMAC-SHA256 of timestamp.body under this secret, with the timestamp in X-FileSeen-Timestamp.
Recent deliveries
Failed deliveries are tried again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours. Your address must answer with a 2xx code within 5 seconds; redirects are not followed.

fileseen_link(send this one) andstats_link(private: keep it to yourself, delete the column before sharing the sheet). - In your email tool's mail merge, write your message and insert the
fileseen_linkfield where the link should go. Gmail offers mail merge on some Google Workspace plans, and add-ons for Google Sheets do the same. - Send from your own address. FileSeen does not send these emails; each person's opens show up here under their name.
